Goa Police lodged FIR against Tehelka magzine editor Tarun Tejpal on Friday, 22nd November 2013

Goa Police takes suo motu on the basis of CCTV footage and reported incident at THINK 2013 festival. Tarun Tejpal to face criminal offence in the case to harm modesty of a fellow journalist and friend of his daughter.

Shoma Chaudhury appeared trying to coverup the whole criminal offence happened within Tehelka organisation. A team of five officers form Goa Police inspected the camera footage before proceeding to lodge the FIR in the case.

Tehelka management attempt to coverup untoward incident with an internal committee crumbles. Tehelka may face serious charges of not having Vishakha committee as per SC guidelines to protect woman employees against harassment at work place.
