IIPM is founded by Arindam Choudhary father Malayendra Kisor Chaudhuri, in 1970, in director position of the institution.

IIPM questions back to UGC and mainatains that it is not cheating students. IIPM deans affirms to cooperate with legal procedures as a law abiding citizen.
