Shlok and Astha face to face: Astha and Shlok hate and love story twist in Vridhhashram dispute  

Astha (Shrenu Parikh) and Shlok (Avinash Sachdev) hate and love story getting interesting with new twist from Vriddhashram dispute. Vriddhashram is constructed on a disputed land and Shlok wants it to get evacuated from resident old ladies.

Astha is very close to those ladies and she becomes their voice against any order to vacate the premise. Astha herself is struggler and looking for job but she is very kind hearted person and has her dedicated time for social services too.

Shlok goes to Vriddhashram alongwith his brother-in-law Abhay to meet women living there. Shlok gave a notice to women at Vriddhashram and he expresses his desire to get the Vriddhashram land at any cost.

Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? ...Ek Baar Phir brings Shlok and Astha once again face to face over the matter of Vridhhashram as a new twist in their love story. Shlok gets more determined to teach a lesson to Astha following the problems created by her in getting women out from the land.
